If choosing a tile that is not like the options shown, you understand the tile of your choosing will be an additional cost. 

Mosaic, Glass, Deco,  ANY SIZE other than a complete 6" x 6" tile etc. is NOT part of the standard selection 

unless otherwise stated.

*DECK ONLY

Deck Note:

Concrete decking only includes brushed concrete unless stated in your contract. Rock Salt Finish, Cool Decking, Color Options, and any extras will be an additional cost. 

Blue Stone, Marble, Silver Travertine etc. will be an additional cost. Be aware this tends to be the bigger increase in cost. 

By choosing anything that is not explicitly written in your contract you understand that you will likely be paying a much higher price.

Coping Note:

Standard Coping includes all Standard Travertine. 

Flagstone, Blue Stone, etc. will be an additional cost.
